More than 600 attendees gathered on May 12 for the 2025 Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board of Cuyahoga County Annual Meeting. Each year, the event unites public officials, healthcare providers, advocates, clients and community members to reflect on the past year of behavioral health in Cuyahoga County.
The event included addresses by J. Robert Fowler, Ph.D., Board Chair; and Scott S. Osiecki, Chief Executive Officer, acceptance of the 2024 annual report, presentation of the Helping Hands Awards and an art show featuring over 65 pieces by Cuyahoga County residents receiving prevention treatment or recovery support services.
This year’s theme, AI and the Future of Behavioral Health, sparked a timely dialogue on how emerging technology can expand access, personalize care and support intervention strategies. Laura L. Adams from the National Academy of Medicine delivered the keynote address. View her presentation here.
