Community Clients Rights Resource Manual

In 2019, the ADAMHS Board released a Community Client Rights Resource Manual to serve as a guide for Client Rights Advocates to assist in conducting investigations, ensuring compliance with state and federal law, and to ensure, to the best extent possible, that a satisfactory resolution is reached for each client utilizing the grievance process.
