The ADAMHS Board of Cuyahoga County is working strategically to build a more coordinated and sustainable behavioral health system. After incorporating feedback received through virtual and in-person sessions conducted as part of our Provider Network Optimization Study, Community Needs Assessment and other sources, we are releasing a draft Request for Proposals (RFP). The draft outlines priorities and expectations to support how behavioral health services in Cuyahoga County may be structured in 2027.

Before finalizing the RFP, we are seeking input to better understand how it aligns with community needs and consider elements that may be missing or require further consideration.

We encourage responses from all members of the community; you do not need to be an expert to participate. You can review the full document or share your perspective through the survey’s “additional comments” section, based on your lived experience.

The survey closes on Friday, April 24.

Virtual Session

The ADAMHS Board will host a virtual session on Thursday, April 16 at 12:30 p.m. to provide a high-level overview of the draft RFP. All are welcome to attend before or after completing the survey. The virtual session is optional and intended to provide additional context.

The survey is your primary way to share your input during this phase of community feedback.
