The Settlement Agreement between the City of Cleveland and the Department of Justice requires the development of a Mental Health Response Advisory Committee (MHRAC) by the City and the Cleveland Division of Police. The City selected the ADAMHS Board in 2015 to assist with establishing and implementing the charge of the MHRAC.
The ADAMHS Board provided oversight and leadership until January 2023 when the MHRAC transitioned to the Cleveland Department of Public Health. All annual reports submitted as part of the original agreement can be found below. Current reports are available on the Cleveland Department of Public Health website.
