Clients Rights Support

The ADAMHS Board has Clients Rights Officers on staff who can assist clients with concerns or problems they are having with mental health or addiction services they are receiving. Lead Client Rights Officer Bill Hebble, MSW and Client Rights Officer Diana Clifford can be reached by email or phone by calling (216) 241-3400.

They can also help individuals find services for themselves or their loved ones. However, if you are in crisis, need immediate support or referral to services, please call 98to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

The ADAMHS Board publishes yearly clients rights reports and has published a clients rights manual.
