Joseph & Mary’s Home, a ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System, provides a nurturing, caring environment for men and women without resources who have acute medical needs, helping them heal and achieve independence. Once residents leave Joseph & Mary’s Home, they can stay connected and continue to receive support through a robust alumni program led by a team of Peer Recovery Specialists. Joseph & Mary’s Home encourages alumni to stay connected through intensive follow-up via in-home visits, telephone calls, mail and other forms of continuous contact. Ongoing connection with alumni ensures long-term housing and health stability.
