  • The Identification Crisis Collaborative (IDCC) Program - Getting one’s own identification documents and official ID can be a confusing and an expensive process for anyone, but it is an especially difficult task for those with low income, facing homelessness, and those facing a multitude of issues to move forward. Without these documents, a person cannot work, get continuing medical care or mental health services, obtain affordable housing, register for school/college, obtain other necessities and benefit from great opportunities. Partially funded by the ADAMHS Board, the Identification Crisis Collaborative program provides assistance with obtaining Birth Certificate, State IDs, and replacement Drivers Licenses to Cuyahoga County residents with low income. The IDCC begun as a program of St Colman Outreach Ministry and is now an independent organization with 30+ area member agencies, churches, outreach centers, shelters sites, rehab facilities where its services can be obtained by residents/patients/clients as well as by eligible members of the public. To find an IDCC site call First Call for Help at 211. For more information regarding the IDCC Program, please call Eileen Kelly, IDCC Director, at (216) 651-0550 Ext 107.
